Quick cherry cake in the KRC-140 multicooker. Recipe for a quick and easy French cherry cake for 3-4 people.

Ingredients:
For 4 people:
approx. 180 grams of pitted and drained (sour) cherries from the jar
220 ml buttermilk
120 g flour
4 eggs
80 g sugar
grated lemon peel
1 vanilla pod pulp
a breeze of salt
maybe some baking powder or baking soda.
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the cherries. Mix thoroughly with a mixer. Place the cherries in the inner bowl of the KRC-140 and carefully pour the batter from the bowl on top. Set the menu to "Cake" and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the cake is ready. Let it cool slightly and then turn it out onto a baking tray. The cake should easily slide out of the bowl. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for example. Enjoy.
