175 g chicken breast
1 garlic clove
1 half a vegetable onion
Thai curry paste e.g. from Alnatura
1 can of coconut milk
Vegetables to taste: In this case, half a zucchini, half an eggplant, 1 leek, half a red pepper, 1 chili, 1 leek
Preparation:
Chop the chicken breast into small pieces. Gather various vegetables and chop them into small pieces. Sauté the onion and garlic in a little oil (optional). Select the "SOUP" cooking program. Set the cooking time to 1 hour. Add the meat and fry. Stir-fry until the meat is cooked through. Add two teaspoons of curry paste and stir-fry. Now add the chopped vegetables and stir in. Then stir in the coconut milk. Mix all ingredients and close the lid. Simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Depending on your preference, you can pause the cooking process after 20-30 minutes. If you prefer the vegetables soft, leave them in until the end of the cooking time. The Thai curry is ready. Serve with rice, if desired. Enjoy!
