Baking bread / buttermilk bread in the multicooker KRC-140.
Buttermilk bread prepared in a multi-function cooker.
The multifunction cooker is ideal for baking bread. Simply pour the dough mix into the cooker and set the desired baking time. This works the same way with cake mixes. If you need something quickly, you can simply pour a ready-made mix into the cooker. With the timer, you'll have fresh bread for breakfast.
Menu:
Cake - 45 min. + 15-20 min. additional
Ingredients:
500 g flour (wheat flour), preferably wholemeal flour
500 ml buttermilk
1 cube of yeast
1 teaspoon salt
50 g sunflower seeds
50 g pumpkin seeds
50 g flaxseed
50 g sesame seeds
Preparation:
Warm the buttermilk slightly (just lukewarm) and dissolve the yeast in it. Let it rise for about 10 minutes.
Thoroughly mix the flour with the salt. Add the buttermilk-yeast mixture and the seeds and knead well. The dough should be pliable, but no longer sticky. If necessary, add a little more flour or liquid (water/milk) until the dough reaches the right consistency. Knead the dough vigorously for about 10 minutes, then cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
Place the dough in the inner pot of the multi-function cooker. Let it rise for another 30 minutes, approximately. Wait until the dough in the pot has doubled in size. Now cut a cross into the dough. Select "Cake" on the display. The default time is 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, bake for another 15-20 minutes. After approximately 1 hour, the bread is ready. Remove the inner pot using a towel or gloves and let it cool. Carefully turn it over; be sure to use gloves or a tea towel. Turn the pot over using a towel or gloves. The bread will easily come out of the inner pot. Let the bread cool.
