Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Monaco, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany): 

We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

We charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order for shipping with DPD. For shipping with DHL, we charge €6.90.

For orders over €30.00, shipping is free.

If the DHL shipping service provider is optionally selected, a flat shipping fee of €3.90 per order will be charged for purchases over €30.


For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €20.90 is added to the shipping costs (No island surcharge is applied for the islands of Rügen, Usedom, and Fehmarn).

Express shipping Germany (excluding islands) next day delivery (Mon-Fri until 6:00 PM) for orders placed by 2:00 PM EUR 19.90 per order. No Saturday delivery.


International Deliveries:

We calculate international shipping costs as follows:

  • Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: EUR 10.90
  • Denmark, France, Italy (excluding Sicily and Sardinia), Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding islands), Czech Republic: EUR 15.90
  • Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary: EUR 18.90
  • Bulgaria: EUR 29.90


Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) will be made within 2-3 days, and international deliveries within 2-5 days after contract conclusion (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further Payment Details
