How does the return process work?

  1. You fill out the sample cancellation form , providing your order number, what you're returning, your email address, and so on. The more information you provide on the form, the faster and easier the return process will be for you and, of course, for us as well.
  2. Please return the returned item in the original packaging in which you received your original order. Please always return the item to us complete with all accessories, instructions, and power cable. If you have tried the products, please ensure that you only return them clean and without any residue.
  3. We will receive notification of your return and will process your refund as soon as possible after we receive the return.

Do I have to pay shipping costs if I return an item?

Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs if you cancel your order. Please note that we have already covered the shipping costs for orders over EUR 30.00. Therefore, we believe it's fair if you cover the return shipping costs if you don't like the product.

How long do I have to return something?

You have the option to return your order to us within 14 days. We want to give every customer the opportunity to test our rice cookers, blenders, or steamers and convince themselves of our products.

My item is broken

If you discover a defect or damage to our products after receiving them, please contact our customer service . We can usually resolve the issue quickly and easily. We just need to let you know.

When and how do I get my money back?

Refunds are usually processed using the original payment method. We usually manage to process refunds within 2-4 business days, as we have to open each box individually and check for completeness.
