KeMar warranty extension by 3 years
We provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The statutory warranty period in Germany is two years.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
The manufacturer's warranty is voluntary and begins on the respective date of purchase. We are aware of the arguments that other blender manufacturers sometimes offer a warranty of 5-7 years, but they also charge the buyer very high purchase prices (from EUR 399.00 to over EUR 1,000.00) to compensate for this. The potential warranty claim is therefore already factored into the higher sales prices. If we were to drastically increase the purchase price of our blenders, we could extend the warranty period in return.
Therefore, we offer an optional 3-year warranty extension below.
KeMar GmbH offers a voluntary warranty extension of 12 months from the date of purchase to an additional 36 months for purchases made through our online shop. The warranty extension is only valid upon registration and purchase on the KeMar website (https://www.kemar.shop) within the one-year manufacturer's warranty period.
The extended warranty only applies to KeMar high-performance blenders purchased and used in Germany:
Article No.: KSB series (KSB-200 | KSB-200M | KSB-300)
The extended warranty cannot be purchased for other household appliances.
The warranty covers repair or replacement of the product in accordance with the terms of the contract:

- Priority processing
- Free return delivery or collection
The extended warranty can be purchased during the entire 1-year manufacturer's warranty .
Warranty registration is done by purchasing the warranty extension via our website www.kemar.shop
For this we need your invoice number and purchase date as well as the serial number of the device.
