Baking a cake / marble cake in the KRC-140 multicooker. A classic is the marble cake, which can be prepared quickly and easily.

Cake - 45 min. - optionally bake 15-20 min. longer.

Ingredients:

220 g sugar

1 packet of vanilla sugar

4 eggs

150 g butter or margarine

300 g flour

1 packet of baking powder

1 cup sour cream or natural yogurt

2 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation:

Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and butter or margarine in a mixer. Then add the flour, baking powder, and sour cream or natural yogurt.

Pour half of the batter into the titanium ceramic-coated pan (thanks to the coating, greasing is not necessary). Mix the second half of the batter with the cocoa powder and pour it into the pan as well. Then select "CAKE" in the menu and bake for 45 minutes. If necessary, bake for an additional 15-20 minutes if the cake is not yet cooked through. It's best to pierce it with a sharp object; if the batter still sticks, the cake is not yet cooked through.
