Ingredients
2 cups of Turkish Pirinc rice (available in every Turkish supermarket) enough for 2-3 people.
1/2 cup Turkish noodles
10 grams of butter
20 ml olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Rinse the rice thoroughly with cold water until the water runs clear. Add the olive oil to the pot and set the steam setting for 6 minutes. Press the start button and heat the oil. Fry the Turkish noodles until golden brown. After about 3 minutes, add the butter and sauté. Add the Pirinc rice to the pot and continue to cook until the time is up. Start the WHITE RICE setting and fill the pot with warm water until the rice is covered by about 1 cm of water. Add salt and close the lid. When the time is up, the rice is perfectly cooked.
