Padrón peppers are peppers grown in the area around the town of Padrón in Galicia, Spain. They are a very popular Spanish dish that is widely available and can be easily prepared in the KIC-180 multicooker.
Ingredients
A bag of fresh Pimientos de Padrón approx. 300 gr.
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
preparation
Select the QUICK program in the menu. Add the olive oil and then the peppers. After about 10-15 minutes, the peppers will be fried and can be served on a plate with sea salt.
