Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet
1 cup of cream
1 teaspoon vegetable broth
1 onion
some butter
a teaspoon of tomato paste
Depending on your taste
a dash of red wine
some parsley
Parmesan for the pasta
Preparation:
Finely chop the onions and fry them with butter in a pot using the Steam menu. Wash and dry the salmon, and add it to the pot.
When the salmon is cooked through, add the cream, tomato paste, and vegetable stock, and season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can add a splash of red wine and a sprinkling of parsley at the end. Serve with pasta or rice.
