Delicious pancakes for breakfast in the KRC-140 multicooker. Something a little different for breakfast. Prepare pancakes quickly and easily.

Ingredients:

Flour

Eggs (separated)

Milk

pinch of salt

Powdered sugar for dusting.

Preparation:

Choose the amount of ingredients as for regular pancakes.

First, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. In a second bowl, combine the flour, salt, egg yolks, and milk into a thick pancake batter. Then gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour two scoops of batter into the KRC 140 and set it to the CAKE function for 15 minutes.

The pancake cooker can remain open during cooking. Once the batter has firmed up a bit, flip the pancake with a plastic or silicone spatula to cook on the other side. Remove the pancake from the cooker with the spatula and place it on a plate.

dust with powdered sugar.
