Beef with vegetable curry in KPC-150.

Ingredients:
300 grams of beef fillet
half a head of broccoli
1/2 bell pepper
1 onion
1 garlic clove
handful of green beans
150 ml vegetable stock
150 ml coconut milk
2 cm ginger
Red curry paste (DM Markt)
salt, pepper, soy sauce
Preparation:
Cut the beef fillet into small strips. Finely chop the onion, ginger, and garlic clove. Set the KPC-150 to Meat for 15 minutes. Brown the beef along with the onions, ginger, and garlic in a little coconut milk. Then add 2-3 tablespoons of curry paste. You don't need to put the lid on. Next, finely chop the broccoli, bell pepper, and beans. Now set the KPC-150 to Soup for 10 minutes. Add the vegetables, vegetable broth, and coconut milk, and let it simmer with the lid closed. Carefully release the steam. Season to taste with the remaining spices. Enjoy.
