Basic recipe for sushi rice in the KIC-180 with sushi-zu vinegar mixture.
Ingredients
1 cup (160 ml) sushi rice (Japanese)
1 cup of water (160 ml)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
4 teaspoons rice vinegar

Place the rice in the KIC-180's pot and rinse it with cold water until the water runs clear. For a better stickiness, some people let the rice soak in cold water for at least 20 minutes. Add one measuring cup (160 ml) of cold water to the rice.
In the KIC-180 menu, select the Standard program and start it.
In the meantime, put the remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir until the sugar and salt have combined with the vinegar and dissolved.
When the rice is ready, add the sushi sauce (stir the vinegar mixture into the rice). You should now have the perfect sushi rice.
