Soup - 25-30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 -2 pieces of beef soup meat
Soup vegetables (carrot, celery, leek, parsley)
1 onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 liter of water
Preparation:
Add 1 liter of water to the pot and simmer the beef in the soup menu for about 25 minutes. Skim off the foam frequently until the broth runs clear. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and add them to the broth. Let it simmer with the onion in the soup menu for another 25 minutes. The lid can be removed at any time; it doesn't have to be on the stovetop. Season with salt and parsley. Add noodles, if desired, and let simmer for another 5-8 minutes. Enjoy!
