Ingredients:
1 kg mussels
White wine (approx. 250-300 ml)
1 carrot
1 leek
1 piece of celery
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 vegetable onion
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Chop everything into small pieces. Wash the mussels and carefully add them to the titanium pot.
Mix the ingredients with the mussels, salt and pepper to taste.
In the menu, press "Steam" and let it steam for 30 minutes.
