Ingredients:
1 cup of mung beans (180 ml) for 2-3 people
some salt
Preparation:
Wash the mung beans thoroughly in water. Soak the beans in plenty of water for about 8 hours. Select "White Rice" in the menu and add the mung beans along with 3 cups of water. After about 20 minutes, stop the cooking process by pressing the "OFF" button. Let the mung beans rest for about 5 minutes with the lid closed. Enjoy.
