Ingredients:

10-15 shrimp

1 pack of Tom Yam Gung paste

4-5 kafir leaves

1 stalk of lemongrass

5 cm galangal

2 spring onions

2 tablespoons fish sauce

1-2 pak choi plants

4-5 mini corn

1-2 peppers

1 lime (juice)

800 ml water

Preparation:

Wash the shrimp. Quarter the kaffir leaves. Pound the lemongrass with the end of a knife until soft and knot it together. Finely chop the galangal. Chop the leeks, bok choy, and corn. Finely chop the chili peppers. Squeeze the lime. Set the menu to QUICK . Add the water to a pot and bring to a boil. Then add all the ingredients except the shrimp. After about 3 minutes, add the shrimp to the pot and simmer until the time is up. Serve the soup hot. Enjoy.
