1 pack of Tom Kha ready-made paste from the Asian store
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
Juice of half a lemon

Optional: mushrooms, in this case we used green beans.
200 grams of shelled shrimp
1 pepperoni
Some coriander to garnish
Preparation:
Wash the shrimp. Select "QUICK" in the menu. Bring the water and coconut milk to a boil. Add the tom kha paste to the pot and bring to a boil briefly. Then add the lemongrass, galant, and kaffir lime leaves and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients except the shrimp. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then add the shrimp and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Garnish the finished soup with cilantro and serve hot. Enjoy.
