Ingredients:
1 measuring cup of quinoa
2 measuring cups of water
some salt
Preparation:
Rinse the quinoa in the pot 2-3 times with lukewarm water and rinse thoroughly. Add the ingredients to the pot and select "White Rice" from the menu. Check after 20-25 minutes to see if the quinoa is ready. The quinoa may caramelize slightly (turn brown) at the bottom of the pot. This is normal, and this effect can be mitigated by adding a measuring cup more water.
