Homemade rice pudding in the KRC-140 multicooker. Here's a quick recipe for homemade rice pudding. It's guaranteed to taste better than pre-packaged rice, and you can choose the proportions yourself.
Menu:
White Rice - 20-25 min.
Ingredients:
For approx. 2 servings:
approx. 1 1/2 cups of rice pudding to 4 times the amount of liquid (milk).
If desired, add a packet of vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Preparation:
Pour the rice pudding and milk into the pot. Select "White Rice" in the menu and leave the rice in the pot for a maximum of 20-25 minutes. Since milk unfortunately has a tendency to foam when boiling, you shouldn't leave rice pudding unattended using an automatic cooking program. Therefore, you should manually interrupt the "White Rice" program after 20-25 minutes by pressing the OFF button. If the milk foams too much, we recommend opening the lid after 15 minutes at the latest and stirring the pudding thoroughly, as otherwise the milk foam will escape through the steam vent (and boil over).
