Smoked pork with sauerkraut in the KRC-140 multicooker. A delicious, hearty dish prepared quickly and easily.

Menu:

Steam - 30 min.

Ingredients:

4 slices of smoked pork

1 can of sauerkraut

1 onion

1-2 bay leaves

1 tbsp vegetable stock

1 measuring cup of water

some oil or butter

pinch of salt

Preparation:

Sauté the diced onions in a little fat. Add the sauerkraut, a little salt, the bay leaves, the vegetable stock, and water to the pan with the onions. Place the smoked pork slices directly on top of the mixture.

Set the menu to "Steam" and cook for about 30 minutes.

Tip: If you want, you can use the steamer insert to cook potatoes as a side dish.
