Preparation:

Place 2 cups of basmati rice and 4 cups of broth in a pan. Dice 2 garlic cloves and 2 slices of ginger and add them. Add 1 teaspoon of dried chili (alternatively, 1 fresh chili without seeds). Add 2 small carrots, 1 small onion, and 1 small can of corn. Stir in the spices, such as 1 teaspoon of curry powder, 1 pinch of turmeric, and 3 lime leaves. Add 2 frozen salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper. Set the cooker to "White Rice" and let the whole thing cook until cooked through. The salmon fillets can also be topped with 2 lemon slices each. Add 3 finely chopped spring onions to the cooked rice. If you like, you can mix everything together. The rice can of course be seasoned to taste if it tastes too bland. We added light soy sauce to the plate.
