Stuffed peppers in the KRC-140 multicooker. Stuffed peppers are quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
3 bell peppers
300 grams of ground beef
1 onion
1 egg
1 dry bread roll
salt, pepper, paprika
tomato paste
1 can of peeled tomatoes
Preparation:
Dice the onion. Soak the bread rolls. Squeeze the water out of the rolls and mix them with the minced meat, onions, egg, and seasoning.
Remove the top stem of the peppers and clean and wash the inside.
Then divide the finished mince mixture among the three peppers and fill them. Place the pepper stem back on top of the pepper as a lid.
Sauté the tomato paste in a saucepan, add the can of peeled tomatoes, season to taste, and place the stuffed peppers in the pan.
Press the “Steam” menu and let it cook for 30 minutes.
