Ingredients:
Fresh salmon (also works frozen, but then let it thaw)
2-3 leek stalks
1 cup of cream
Some vegetable broth
Parsley
1 zucchini
some oil
Pasta, e.g. fusilli
Preparation:
Finely chop the leek, zucchini, and parsley. Heat a little oil and fry the salmon until it's lightly crumbly. Add the vegetables, mix, and cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the vegetable stock with the cream and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
