Ingredients:

1 measuring cup white beans (large)

3 potatoes

2 tomatoes

200 ml strained tomatoes

1 tbsp seasoned tomato paste

2 long peppers

150 ml water

1 stock cube (can be omitted)

1 pepperoni (can be omitted)

1 large onion

1 garlic clove

Some butter or oil for frying

Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Soak the dried beans in cold water overnight. Discard the water the next day. Add the beans to the pot and cover with water. Set the "Soup" menu to simmer for one hour and close the lid. Meanwhile, pour boiling water over the tomatoes; the skins will now peel off. Dice the tomatoes and peppers. Dice the onion and garlic. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

After an hour, when the beans are ready, pour them from the pot into a sieve. Return the pot to the appliance and set the steam setting in the menu for 30 minutes. Fry the onions and garlic in a little butter or oil until translucent. Then stir in the diced tomatoes and bell pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in the passata, tomato paste, potatoes, and beans. Add the water and stir thoroughly. If desired, add the stock cube and chili peppers. Season with salt and pepper.
