Pasta with Asparagus Mascarpone KeMar KIC-180 Multicooker Mascarpone sauce with green asparagus in the KIC-180 induction cooker. A delicious vegetarian sauce that's quick and easy to prepare. Pairs well with pasta.

Menu:

Quick - fry for approx. 15 min. / then soup - simmer for 15-20 min.

Ingredients:

1 bunch of green asparagus

1 shallot

1-2 cloves of garlic

1 cup mascarpone

approx. 300 ml vegetable stock

salt + pepper

Oil for frying

Preparation:

Finely dice the shallot and garlic. Wash the asparagus and cut it into approximately 2 cm long pieces, keeping the asparagus heads separate. Add oil to the titanium ceramic-coated pot and select "Quick" from the menu. Then leave the lid open. Once the oil has heated up, add the diced onion and garlic and sauté. Then add the asparagus pieces, without the asparagus heads, and sauté. Then add the vegetable stock and mascarpone and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and add the asparagus heads. Mix everything well. Press the "Off" button on the device and then select "Soup" from the menu. Close the lid and let the sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. In the meantime, cook the pasta in a separate pot. Then serve the pasta and asparagus and mascarpone sauce on a plate. Enjoy!
