Quick - fry for approx. 15 min. / then soup - simmer for 15-20 min.
Ingredients:
400 g minced beef
800 g canned tomatoes, chopped
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 medium-sized carrots
approx. 200 g celeriac
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
dried Italian herbs

Preparation:
Peel the carrots and celeriac and either cut them into small cubes or coarsely grate them in a food processor. Finely dice the onions and garlic cloves. Add oil to the titanium ceramic-coated pot and select "Quick" from the menu. Then leave the lid open. Once the oil has heated, add the finely chopped vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Stir in the tomato paste and the chopped canned tomatoes. Season with the Italian herbs and mix everything well. Press the "Off" button on the appliance and then select "Soup" from the menu. Close the lid and let the sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. After the cooking time, season the sauce with salt, pepper, and more herbs if desired. Turn off the appliance. We served the Bolognese sauce with whole-wheat spaghetti. Enjoy!
