Pollock fillet with sweet potatoes in the KIC-180 multicooker. Low-carb dish with fish and vegetables.

Ingredients:
2-3 sweet potatoes
300 g pollock fillet, fresh or frozen
1 can of coconut milk
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 leek
1-2 cloves of garlic
Thumb-sized piece of ginger
1 tsp fish sauce
2-3 teaspoons red curry
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
200 g kale, alternatively white cabbage or pak choi
some salt
Coriander for garnishing
Preparation:
Finely chop the garlic and ginger and add them to the pot with the curry paste and oil. Sauté for a few minutes using the Quick program. Then, select "SOUP" from the menu and simmer the coconut milk with the diced sweet potatoes for about 10 minutes. Then add the leek, kale, and pollock fillet. Season with fish sauce, lime juice, and salt. Simmer for another 20 minutes and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy.
