Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato
2-3 carrots
200 ml coconut milk
Rosemary for seasoning
Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
Peel the sweet potato and carrots and cut them into small pieces. Add three measuring cups of water to the KIC-180 and place the optional steamer insert into the pot. Now place the sweet potato and carrots in the steamer insert and steam for 20 minutes using the Steam menu.
Place the steamed vegetables into the KSB-200 blender jug along with the coconut milk, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Blend in the "Soup" menu. For non-vegans, this dish goes perfectly with fried salmon with sesame or turkey schnitzel, for example.
