Delicious vegetable soup in the KRC-140 multicooker, which can use all types of vegetables from the kitchen.
Ingredients
1 liter vegetable broth
2 potatoes (diced)
1 zucchini (diced)
1 onion (diced)
1 garlic clove (diced)
4-5 leaves of white cabbage or Chinese cabbage (chopped)
2 carrots (diced)
1 half kohlrabi (diced)
2-3 pieces of leek (chopped)
1 cup frozen peas
2 spring onions (chopped)
1 cup red lentils
Some chives and parsley for seasoning
Salt, pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil
preparation
In the menu, select "Soup" and set the cooking time to 1 hour. Start the cooker. Sauté the garlic and onions in oil for 5-8 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients, except for the broth and seasonings. Mix well and continue to simmer with the lid closed for 5 minutes.
Then add the hot vegetable stock and stir everything together. Season with pepper, salt, chives, and parsley. Let it simmer until tender. Enjoy.
