Prepare perfect rice quickly and easily with the KRC-140 multicooker from KeMar.

1 measuring cup of long grain parboiled rice
2 measuring cups of water
a pinch of salt

Rinse the rice 2-3 times. Then pour it into the pot and add two measuring cups of water and the salt.
Select WHITE RICE in the menu and start the program. The timer starts at 60 minutes.
This is the maximum time to achieve the best possible cooking results. The rice cooker is programmed according to the Asian cooking method. This isn't about speed, but rather about perfect rice flavor. The rice is ready to eat after approximately 25-30 minutes and can be removed from the pot.
However, if you want particularly fluffy and perfect rice, let the rice rest in the KRC-140 with the lid closed for about 30 minutes. This will allow the rice to take on an exceptionally fluffy texture, allowing the rice variety's natural flavor to fully develop.
