Sous Vide - 3 hours - 60 degrees

Ingredients:

1 kilo of beef fillet for 4-5 people

Steak in the sous vide KeMar KSV-160 Kitchenware

Preparation:

Washed, cut into small pieces, and vacuum sealed in foil. Here, we packed 4 pieces in one foil.

Then place in the water bath at 60 degrees for 3 hours.

After three hours, cut open the pouches with a knife and drain the liquid. Season with salt, pepper, or herb butter to taste. If you like, you can also sear the steaks in a hot pan to give them that typical grilled color.
