Sous Vide - 2-3 hours - 80 degrees
Ingredients:
1 organic chicken leg
Spices: paprika powder, salt, pepper.
Prepare:
Wash the leg and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, for example.
Vacuum-seal the leg in foil and place it in a water bath. Set the temperature to approximately 2 hours; for a thicker leg, cook for 3 hours. The temperature should be between 65 and 85°C, depending on the thickness of the leg. In this case, we chose 80°C.
After cooking, remove from the foil, season and brown briefly in a pan or in the oven.
