Ingredients:
1 savoy cabbage
400 grams of ground beef
1 onion
1 soaked bread roll
1 egg
salt, pepper, paprika
twine
some water
Preparation:
Wash the savoy cabbage, blanch 12 leaves for four roulades. Remove the stalks and place three leaves together for one roulade. Combine the minced beef with the egg, breadcrumbs, spices, and finely chopped onion. Place a portion of the minced beef into a roulade, wrap it with string, and tie a knot. Place the roulades in the pot with a little water and cook for about 1 hour, until the ground beef is tender. Remove from the pot and serve warm with dumplings or potatoes.
