Ingredients

Frozen shrimp

1 lime

1 ready-made pack of Tom Yam paste or alternatively red curry e.g. from DM

500 ml water

3-4 pieces of galangal (frozen)

2 kaffir lime leaves

A handful of frozen peas

5-6 button mushrooms or other mushrooms (cut into pieces)

1 cup rice (optional)

some coconut oil for frying

3 tbsp fish sauce

1 spring onion (chopped)

preparation

Thaw the shrimp. Start the soup program on the KIC-180. Sauté the tom yam paste with a little coconut oil. Add the chopped mushrooms, peas, kaffir lime leaves, fish sauce, water, lime juice, and galangal. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Finally, add the shrimp and, if desired, some white rice, and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Garnish with sliced ​​spring onions. Enjoy.
