Pasta with spinach (and salmon) in the KIC-180 multicooker. Pasta dish with fresh spinach. If you like, you can also add salmon.
Menu:
QUICK - 10-15 min. (no time setting possible, switch off using the OFF button after the cooking time specified here)
Ingredients:
1 bag of fresh spinach (approx. 250 g)
1 half vegetable onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
125 ml vegetable broth
Salt, pepper, grated nutmeg
1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil, or similar oil. Butter can also be used.
1 cup sour cream or cream
1 teaspoon starch
Optional:
200 g fresh salmon
It goes well with pasta or rice. The pasta can be garnished with Parmesan cheese.
Preparation:
Wash the spinach and remove the stalks. Dice the onion and garlic. Dissolve or seduce one heaped teaspoon of stock in 125 ml of lukewarm water. Set the cooker to QUICK . Sauté the onions with the oil until translucent. Then add the stock and garlic. Simmer everything for 2-3 minutes. Then add the spinach, close the lid, and stir every 2 minutes until the spinach has shriveled. Stir in the starch to the stock, followed by the sour cream. Season to taste with a little salt (careful, the stock already contains salt), pepper, and a little nutmeg. If you like, you can add diced fresh salmon and cook for another 5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. Serve with pasta or rice.
