Rice pudding in the KPC-150 pressure cooker. Prepare delicious rice pudding quickly and easily without overcooking.

Ingredients:

For approx. 2 servings:

approx. 1 1/2 cups of rice pudding to 4 times the amount of liquid (milk).

If desired, add a packet of vanilla sugar and 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Preparation:

Add the rice pudding, milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar to the stainless steel pot and stir briefly. Close the lid and select "Milk Porridge" in the menu. Use the plus button to set the time to 25 minutes. The timer only starts counting when the correct pressure is reached in the appliance. A signal will sound at the end of the cooking time. Now carefully release the pressure. The lid can only be opened once all the pressure has been released. Now stir the rice pudding briefly again and serve as desired. We served it with cinnamon and sugar. Enjoy!
