Preparation:

Grease and flour the KPC-150 baking pan, including the lid.

Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, and butter or margarine in a mixer. Then add the flour, baking powder, and sour cream or natural yogurt.

Pour half of the batter into the baking pan. Mix the second half of the batter with the cocoa powder and pour it into the pan as well, swirling it in with a fork. Then place the lid on the baking pan. Fill the inner pan of the KPC-150 with water up to the 2 mark and place the steamer grid inside. Place the baking pan on top and close the appliance properly. Then press "CAKE" in the menu and bake for 45 minutes. The 45 minutes only start counting when the correct pressure is reached in the appliance. A signal will sound at the end of the cooking time. Now carefully release the pressure. The lid can only be opened once all the pressure has been released. After opening the lid, remove the baking pan using a towel or oven mitts and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Then remove the lid from the baking pan and let the cake cool slightly in the pan. Then open the baking pan and place the cake on a wire rack to cool completely, also removing the bottom lid of the baking pan. After cooling, transfer the cake to a serving platter and dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
