250 g mushrooms

1 onion

1 garlic clove

2 cups of cream

sweet paprika powder

turmeric

Preparation:

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Slice the mushrooms. Dice the onion and garlic. Set the appliance to QUICK and press the START button. Since you're cooking with the lid open, the time doesn't count down. Add a little oil to the pot and heat it up. Add the finely chopped meat and sear well on all sides. Then add the diced onion and garlic and sauté briefly. Now add the mushrooms and sear them as well. Season with paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper, and add the cream. Mix everything well and simmer. Since the sauce is very runny, you can thicken it with a sauce thickener or a little roux. Once you've reached the desired consistency, season again. We served the shredded meat with whole-wheat pasta. It also goes well with various other side dishes, such as rice, spaetzle, or vegetables. Enjoy!
