Healthy oat salad in the KIC-180 multicooker. A colorful salad with oats. This salad is also very healthy, as it's low in calories and contains easily digestible fiber. Avocados, although high in fat, contain plenty of monounsaturated fatty acids, which help regulate cholesterol levels.
Menu:
Quick - 35 minutes for the oats
Ingredients:
100 g oats
4 tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
1 avocado
125 g feta cheese
2 tbsp olive or rapeseed oil
2-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt
pepper
To taste also 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (if you like it)
Preparation:
Place the oats in the KIC-180 with approximately 150 ml of water and a little salt. Cook for 35 minutes using the QUICK menu. In the meantime, dice the tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, and feta cheese. When the oats are ready, add them to the pot and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste. Garnish with chives or parsley. Enjoy.
