Menu:

Cake - 60 mins + 2x 45 mins (total 2 hrs 30 mins)

Ingredients:

For the floor:

200 g flour

1/2 pack baking powder

1 egg

60 g sugar

65 g butter

For the filling:

150 g sugar

1 cup oil

4 eggs

1/2 l milk

1 packet of vanilla sugar

1 packet of vanilla pudding powder

1 kg curd

Preparation:

Knead the ingredients for the base and then place them in the titanium ceramic-coated pan and press down firmly (including up the sides). Thanks to the coating, greasing is not necessary. Now mix all the ingredients for the filling well and place them in the pan on the base. Close the lid of the appliance and initially set the CAKE menu to 60 minutes. However, after this time the cake is not yet done. I then baked it twice more in the appliance for 45 minutes each. After that it was good. To shorten the baking time, you can also make only half the amount of batter. After the baking time, remove the pan from the appliance, place it on a heat-resistant surface and allow the cake to cool completely. Then, using a round board or plate, turn the cake out of the pan and then turn it upside down onto a cake plate. Have fun baking it. Enjoy.
