Kale is low in calories but rich in healthy nutrients and fiber and is considered a superfood.
Ingredients
approx. 250 g organic chicken fillet (cut into small pieces)
1 jar of white beans (washed)
1 large handful of kale (washed and chopped)
1 teaspoon mint (crushed)
1/2 lemon (squeeze juice)
1 garlic clove (chopped)
1 heaped teaspoon of vegetable stock
salt, pepper
1 teaspoon pine nuts
250 ml water
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
preparation
Set the KPC-150 to the Chicken program in the menu and cook for 15 minutes. Brown the olive oil, garlic, and chicken fillet. Season with salt and pepper. After a few minutes, add the water and vegetable broth. Mix well. Now add the kale and beans to the pot and mix well with the lemon juice. Close the lid and run the Chicken program again for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and serve. Enjoy.
