• SUS304 Stainless Steel Inner Pot (18/8): The removable inner pot is made of uncoated, durable, and taste-neutral stainless steel. Stainless steel does not impart any flavors to the food being cooked.
• Typical Cooking Behavior (Crust Formation): Since the stainless steel inner pot is free of synthetic non-stick coatings, starchy rice naturally forms a slightly crispy layer of rice (crust) at the bottom of the pot. After removing the rice, the pot can be cleaned effortlessly by soaking it briefly in warm water with mild detergent.
• Recommendation for Rice Preparation: Very starchy or unwashed rice can create foam during cooking, which may escape through the steam vent in the glass lid. We recommend washing the rice thoroughly with cold water before cooking to minimize foaming.
• Allergy Information (Material Composition): The SUS304 (18/8) grade stainless steel used contains a nickel content of approx. 8% due to its alloy. Individuals with a severe nickel allergy should take this into consideration before purchasing.

SEPARATE ON/OFF SWITCH

The side-mounted on/off switch allows for convenient and safe disconnection from the power supply. The device can thus remain plugged in and be switched off directly at the switch after the cooking or keep-warm process is complete.

UNCOATED SUS304 STAINLESS STEEL INNER POT

The removable inner pot is made of uncoated, durable SUS304 stainless steel. It allows for the flavor-neutral cooking of food without any coating abrasion.Material note:Due to the alloy, the SUS304 grade stainless steel contains approx. 8% nickel.

FUZZY LOGIC TECHNOLOGY & TEMPERATURE SENSORS

Fuzzy Logic technology controls the cooking process using integrated sensors. The cooking time and temperature are automatically adjusted to the respective amount of water and rice in order to achieve a uniform cooking result.

SIMPLE AND INTUITIVE OPERATION

Preparation starts by pressing the cook button (Cook). Once the cooking process is finished, the KRC-300 automatically switches to keep-warm mode (Warm). The device can be completely switched off at any time using the side on/off switch.

OPTIONAL STAINLESS STEEL STEAMING INSERT

Expand the functionality of the KRC-300 with the optionally available SUS304 stainless steel steaming insert (capacity: 2.47 liters). This is placed directly onto the inner pot and allows for the simultaneous cooking of rice and steaming of vegetables or fish.

WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE OF FUZZY LOGIC IN A RICE COOKER?

Conventional rice cookers switch off primarily when a set temperature is reached. Sensor-based fuzzy logic control dynamically regulates the temperature and cooking time: it adjusts the heat output to the specific amount, helps compensate for minor deviations in the water-to-rice ratio, and thus ensures consistent cooking results.

CAN I COOK RICE AND STEAM VEGETABLES AT THE SAME TIME?

Yes, that is possible. While the rice cooks in the stainless steel inner pot below, you can gently steam vegetables or fish in the optionally available steam basket at the same time. This allows for the time-saving preparation of complete meals.

IS THE KRC-300 SUITABLE FOR A LARGE FAMILY?

With a volume of 1.8 liters, you can prepare up to 10 measuring cups of rice. This is ideal for families (up to 6 people) or for meal prep.

HOW LONG DOES THE KEEP-WARM MODE RUN AFTER THE REGULAR COOKING TIME?

After cooking, the KRC-300 automatically switches to keep-warm mode. This keeps the rice warm at approx. 70 °C and switches off automatically after a maximum of 12 hours.

IS THE INNER POT DISHWASHER-SAFE?

Yes, the inner pot made of SUS304 stainless steel is dishwasher-safe. To maintain a high-quality surface appearance for a long time and to preserve the shine of the stainless steel, cleaning by hand with lukewarm water, a little mild dish soap, and a soft sponge is recommended.

DOES THE RICE COOKER HAVE A SEPARATE ON/OFF SWITCH?

Yes, the rice cooker has a separate on/off switch on the side. This allows the power cord to remain plugged into the outlet while the device is completely switched off.

WHICH RICE VARIETIES CAN I PREPARE IN IT?

The KRC-300 is suitable for a variety of rice types, including jasmine rice, basmati, sushi rice, sticky rice, whole grain/brown rice, and round-grain rice.

Note on milk rice:When preparing milk rice, milk may easily foam over during the cooking process. It is therefore recommended not to close the lid completely for milk-based dishes and to always monitor the cooking process.
