HOW LONG DOES KEEP WARM MODE RUN AFTER THE REGULAR COOKING TIME?

After cooking, the rice cooker automatically switches to keep-warm mode. This keeps the rice warm at approximately 70°C for a maximum of 12 hours and then switches itself off for safety reasons.

IS THE INNER POT DISHWASHER SAFE?

Yes, the pot is dishwasher safe, but we advise against it, as the aggressive cleaning salts in dishwasher tablets will damage the coating. We recommend cleaning with lukewarm water, a little dish soap, and a soft sponge.

DOES THE RICE COOKER HAVE A SEPARATE ON/OFF SWITCH?

Yes, the rice cooker has a separate ON/OFF switch. The power cord can remain plugged into the outlet.

WHICH TYPES OF RICE CAN I COOK IN IT?

You can cook all types of rice in the rice cooker: sushi rice, sticky rice, Thai rice, short grain rice, plain rice, brown rice, white rice, rice porridge, jasmine rice, basmati rice, and even rice pudding. When cooking rice pudding, please note that the milk will foam over during cooking, so we recommend leaving the lid open and monitoring the cooking process at all times.

Can the condensate collection container be removed?

After preparing rice, you should clean the steam condenser.

1. Reach under the white condensate cover and pull it out with a little pressure
2. The condensate collecting cover can now be removed
3. Turn the top cover counterclockwise
4. The condensate collection cover can now be cleaned. The silicone sealing ring can also be removed for cleaning.

HOW DO I REMOVE THE INNER COVER FOR CLEANING?

After preparing rice in the KRC-130, you should clean the inner lid. To do this, gently press on one side of the inner lid. This creates a gap, and you can pull the inner lid down with a little pressure. To replace it, place the two silicone holders over the two inner lid holders, and then apply a little pressure to reinsert the inner lid. The stainless steel inner lid is dishwasher safe.

1. Press the lid lightly on one side
2. Grab the lid on the raised side
3. After removing the inner cover, it can be cleaned
4. Pull out of the fastening with a little pressure
5. The inner lid can now be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher
6. To reinsert, the two silicone holders must be positioned exactly over the two fastening points of the inner lid
7. Now press the inner cover at both points so that the brackets click into place
8. The inner cover is now firmly installed again
