MIXING AND MEASURING CUP WITH LID

An 800ml blender jug ​​with a lid is included. You can also use the blender jug ​​as a measuring cup. You can immediately close the lid on your finished blended foods and store them safely in the refrigerator for later use. The blender and measuring jug are dishwasher safe.

500ML MIXING CONTAINER WITH 2-WING STAINLESS STEEL BLADE

The 500ml mixing container of the KSM-1000 is made of shatter-proof, BPA-free AS plastic (acrylonitrile styrene). It is tasteless and odorless and very durable. The material is BPA-free and very easy to clean.

The container has a black lid and a measuring scale from 100ml to 500ml.

The two-blade blades are made of stainless steel and are inserted centrally into the 500ml blender jug. With this useful tool, you can chop and mince even larger quantities of vegetables, onions, garlic, nuts, meat, herbs, and soft cheese.

The material containsno plasticizers in the form of BPA (bisphenol-A)and can be veryeasy to clean. We do not use materials containing bisphenol A (BPA) in our containers. TITANIUM-COATED 4-BLADE KNIFE BLADES

The titanium-coated, four-blade blender attachment carefully chops and purees even the toughest ingredients. The blades are six times harder than conventional stainless steel. This makes the titanium-coated blades harder and more durable than knives made of conventional stainless steel. The blades are dishwasher safe.

ARE THE PARTS DISHWASHER SAFE?

The stainless steel hand blender should be cleaned after use with a little dish soap and lukewarm water. It should not be cleaned in the dishwasher, as the aggressive cleaning salts can damage the titanium blade.

The other accessories can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.

The motor base must not come into contact with water and should only be cleaned with a cloth after use.

WHY DOES THE ENGINE SMELL WHEN STARTED?

When you first start using the mixer, you may notice an “electronic smell” caused by residues of the anti-corrosive resin layer between the carbon brushes and the electric motor winding.

Electric motors require a corrosion protection coating to ensure trouble-free operation. Depending on their location and operating mode, electric motors are exposed to varying degrees of extreme environmental influences. In the case of a high-performance mixer, for example, these include humidity and very high operating temperatures.

Good corrosion protection is crucial for the quality and service life of the electric motor.

All electrically conductive parts, such as the winding, are protected against corrosive influences by a resin coating that meets the required electrical properties. The same applies to the electrical connectors and terminals.

This measure prevents the formation of rust on the surface of iron-containing parts and protects the latter against the penetration of moisture and water.

When the high-performance mixer is first used – especially under high load – very high operating temperatures arise on the winding and the electric motor at around 30,000 rpm. Especially when the motor is still new, traces of protective resin may still be present between the carbon brushes and the motor winding. The resulting heat and the friction between the carbon brushes and the winding create this odor, which is perceived as "electronic odor." The odor will fade over time as the protective layer on the carbon brushes is gradually worn away during use. Depending on the thickness of the applied protective layer, it may take some time for the odor to subside and disappear.
