This is how you recognize a good hand blender
MATERIAL
High-quality appliances are made of stainless steel, which doesn't discolor and is more robust than plastic. It weighs more, and the handle should be ergonomically shaped to fit comfortably in your hand. The power cord should be long enough to allow for unrestricted cooking.
PERFOMANCE
With 800 watts, the motor is powerful enough to effortlessly chop even hard ingredients like carrots, nuts, or ice. Cheaper models often skimp on motor power and usually offer only 600 watts. The more power the device has, the less effort you need.
SWITCH
The buttons are conveniently positioned and can be operated with one finger. The material is made of easy-care TPE soft-touch buttons. The practical slider allows you to adjust the required speed while mixing. A turbo button for maximum speed completes the mixer's features.
SOUND
The blades are titanium-coated, making them six times harder than stainless steel blades and extending their lifespan. The openings in the housing prevent splashing while blending. Whether piping hot or ice-cold food, the blades can chop anything.
CLEANING
The advantage of stainless steel appliances is that they're quick and easy to clean. To do so, simply click the blender attachment off the motor. To protect the blades, we recommend cleaning them with a soft sponge and a little dish soap under running water to remove any food residue.
ACCESORIES
High-quality appliances offer various accessories. The basic configuration includes a storage stand, a whisk, a 500 ml food processor attachment for chopping, and a measuring cup with a lid. Optionally, the blender can be expanded with practical accessories.
