Ingredients
2 measuring cups of Pirinc rice from the Turkish supermarket
1 measuring cup Ankara noodles
50 g butter
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
If you like, you can add frozen peas.
preparation
Rinse the Turkish rice thoroughly in cold water a few times, as it contains a lot of starch. Rinse until the water runs clear. Pour the rice from the pot into a separate bowl.
Start the KRC-120. Add the olive oil and pasta to the pot and sauté for a few minutes. Now add the butter. Sauté for a few more minutes. Now add the washed rice and fill with warm water until the rice is covered by about 2 cm of water. Add salt and mix well. After about 15-20 minutes, stir in the frozen peas. Let the program run until the end. Enjoy.
