The delicious Turkish rice pilav prepared in the KRC-130.
Ingredients
2 measuring cups of Turkish rice
1/2 measuring cup Turkish noodles
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
20 g butter

Turn on the rice cooker using the White Rice/Steam button. Heat the olive oil and let the noodles brown for about 2 minutes. Then add the butter and sauté for another 1-2 minutes. Rinse the white rice thoroughly with cold water several times, then sauté and stir-fry it with the noodles in the pot. Add warm water until the rice is completely covered. Turn off the appliance using the OFF button and press the WHITE RICE button again. The rice will be ready after about 30-35 minutes. Serve warm.
