4 measuring cups of water

1 pinch of salt

Rinse 1 measuring cup of black rice and add it to the pot. Add 4 measuring cups of cold water and a pinch of salt. Then start the cooking process (use the brown rice button on the KRC-130, KRC-140, and KIC-180).
