It doesn't need any complicated ingredients and the preparation is very simple: 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 3 small chopped tomatoes, 3 eggs, 1/2 a can of tomato sauce, 1/2 a can of chickpeas, 1/2 a bell pepper, 1 chili pepper, 1/2 a little tomato paste, 1/2 a leek, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 a pinch of salt, 1/2 a pinch of pepper, 1/2 a teaspoon of ground cumin, 1/2 a tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 a teaspoon of red paprika, 1/2 a teaspoon of black cumin, 1/2 a little parsley, and a little less than half a pack of feta cheese.

Preparation: Select the Steam program in the KeMar Kitchenware KRC-190 multicooker and set the cooking time to 30 minutes. First, add the onions, garlic, and olive oil to the pot and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the bell peppers, spring onions, spices, and chickpeas, mix well, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Then open the lid, use a KeMar wooden spoon to make three small indentations in the sauce, and pour in the eggs. Then sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and parsley over the sauce, and let the whole thing simmer for another 10 minutes with the lid closed.

Now the shakshuka is ready, and this definitely won't be the last time you make it. Enjoy! Flatbread goes perfectly with it.
